SENIOR ADVISORY
EXPERIENCED PERSPECTIVE FOR WHAT’S NEXT.
A trusted, ongoing advisory relationship for manufacturing leaders who want to make smarter marketing decisions, stay focused, and keep moving forward.
When a Senior Advisory Makes Sense
Senior Advisory is a good fit when you want experienced strategic perspective alongside your team. It makes sense when:
Your marketing leader needs a sounding board
They’re capable of leading the work, but some decisions are easier to make with experienced perspective outside the day-to-day.
There are too many priorities competing for attention
Everything feels important and the team needs help deciding what actually deserves focus now.
Marketing decisions involve more than Marketing
Sales, Product, leadership, channel partners, agencies, and other stakeholders all have a voice. You need someone who can help navigate the bigger picture.
You want to strengthen the team, not replace it
You don’t need another full-time executive for an outsourced marketing agency. You need senior strategic support around the people already doing the work.
You need continuity as the business changes
Priorities shift. New opportunities appear. Performance raises new questions. Having someone who already understands the business means you don’t have to start over every time.
With the right perspective, you can move faster, avoid detours, and make the most of what’s ahead.
What You’ll Walk Away With
Make sense of performance and market signals
Stay focused on what will move the business forward
Pressure-test ideas, plans, and investments
Clarify priorities and keep momentum
Strengthen decision-making across Marketing, Sales, and leadership

COMMON QUESTIONS
-
Senior Advisory is for manufacturing companies that already have people responsible for marketing but would benefit from experienced strategic perspective alongside them.
You may have a Marketing Manager or Director doing good work but carrying a lot of responsibility. Or you may have a leadership team trying to make better decisions about where marketing should focus, what deserves investment, and how Marketing connects to the larger business.
I’m not there to replace your team. I’m there to help them think through the harder questions, make stronger decisions, and keep meaningful work moving forward.
-
A Strategic Project has a defined problem, objective, scope, and endpoint.
Senior Advisory is an ongoing relationship. Instead of bringing me in to solve one specific challenge, you have consistent access to experienced strategic support as priorities, questions, and opportunities develop.
Sometimes we may dig deeply into a particular issue. Other times the most valuable thing I can do is pressure-test a decision, review a plan, help prepare for an important conversation, or point out something the team is too close to see.
-
Most Senior Advisory relationships include bi-weekly strategic conversations, with the exact cadence established around what your team actually needs.
Those conversations aren't status meetings for the sake of having meetings. We use the time to work through priorities, decisions, performance, upcoming initiatives, obstacles, and whatever deserves senior-level attention.
The relationship also creates continuity, so we aren't starting from zero every time something new comes up.
-
Whatever is most important to moving your marketing and business forward.
That might include positioning and messaging, go-to-market planning, launches, channel strategy, content direction, sales enablement, performance interpretation, prioritization, internal alignment, agency or partner decisions, annual planning, or evaluating a new opportunity before your team invests significant time and money in it.
The point isn't to manufacture work to fill an advisory calendar. It's to have an experienced perspective available when the decisions matter.
-
Senior Advisory is structured as an ongoing monthly engagement rather than hourly consulting.
The investment depends on the level of access, involvement, and support that makes sense for your organization. After an initial conversation, I’ll recommend an advisory structure based on what your team needs and what I believe I can meaningfully contribute.
You’ll know the cadence, scope, expectations, and monthly investment before we begin.
